On It's Way!

I have been seeing this everywhere in recipes lately...

White Whole Wheat Flour

I searched my local grocery stores for it without luck.

Then today I decided it's worth ordering online and took the plunge.  I'm sure it's going to make my bread and buns (for hamburgers, of course!) softer and more appealing to my white bread loving husband.  I can't wait!

Do you already use this in your baking?  Have you had good results?  Do you have any other tips for making bread healthier AND appealing to those who have grown up with white bread?

  1. I have used whole wheat pastry, but a few friends are telling me that the white whole wheat is better so I'm going to try and find it. :D

  2. I love it! The only store in our small town that sells it is Walmart.

I'm not sure if Azure Standard delivers to your location or not, but they carry it as well (it's a food co-op).

    It's WAY WAY WAY better!

  3. I recommended this to a friend whose husband will only eat white bread. Luckily, I have always given my kids "brown" bread so they are used to it. Hopefully hubs will like it! Great blog, I'm following now!
